Delivery Policy

Effective: December 2024

1. Digital delivery only

All topseocopywrite services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped. Copy is delivered as Google Docs, Word files, PDF or client-specified format.

2. Delivery timelines

• Solo Package: approximately 7 business days from approved brief
• Studio Package: approximately 12 business days from approved brief
• Agency Package: priority queue with ongoing delivery schedule
• Press releases: 4 to 6 business days
• Technical writing: 8 to 14 business days depending on scope

All timelines run from brief approval and receipt of required materials. They are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Client responsibilities

Timely delivery requires the Client to provide written brief approval, existing brand materials and revision feedback within agreed windows. Delays from late client action extend delivery proportionally.

4. Acceptance

Delivery is confirmed by email. The Client has 7 days to raise written objections. No objection within 7 days constitutes acceptance.
