Terms of Service
1. Parties
These terms govern all services provided by topseocopywrite (the "Studio"), Viale Castro Pretorio, 25, 00185 Roma RM, Italy, to clients (the "Client"). Placing an order constitutes acceptance.
2. Services
topseocopywrite provides digital copywriting services: SEO content writing, Italian market copywriting, e-commerce product copy, thought leadership articles, press releases and technical/SaaS writing. All services are delivered digitally.
3. Payment and scope
Full payment is required before work begins. Scope changes after brief approval are quoted separately. The Studio reserves the right to decline scope changes that materially alter the project.
4. Intellectual property
On full payment, the Client receives full ownership of delivered copy. The Studio may reference the work in its portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
5. Limitation of liability
Studio liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. Not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Governing law
Governed by Italian law. Disputes resolved at the Tribunale di Roma, Italy.
